Rubberseal is a solvent-free, rubberised bitumen-based waterproofing coating manufactured according to international waterproofing specifications. It is supplied ready for cold application by brush, roller, or spray, with no need for heating or open flame on site, which simplifies application on roofs, foundations, retaining walls, and wet areas.
Once dry, Rubberseal forms a highly flexible, seamless film that resists liquid water and water vapour and bonds strongly to concrete, masonry, and most construction substrates. The elastic film accommodates minor structural movement and hairline cracking without losing waterproof integrity.
