The TTR 500 D is a silica-gel rotor adsorption dehumidifier built on the patented Trisorp Dual operating principle, in which two independent air circuits with separate fans handle the process (drying) and regeneration streams. This architecture enables outlet dew-point temperatures up to 30 degrees C below the regeneration feed-air temperature, far beyond what refrigerant condensation systems can reach.
Regeneration heat is delivered by PTC thermistor elements that self-regulate electrical power based on rotor temperature, eliminating the need for external thermostatic control. Duoventic dual airflow regulation allows the process and regeneration fans to be tuned independently, and an integrated heat recovery section reduces regeneration energy demand. The unit accepts Z-line filters, includes a standard DIN socket for external hygrostat or timer control, and is dimensioned for suspended-ceiling installation.
