A project to build a retail market on a first underground level 8 m high with a mezzanine, plus three further basements for parking and services, alongside the rehabilitation of Al-Mazzeh Children's Park (Al-Talaie) in Damascus and the addition of new facilities and amenities. Investment uses at park level — 10% of the area — comprise sports pitches, restaurants and cafés. The first basement and mezzanine hold fast-food outlets, retail shops, a supermarket, a technology market, technology-entertainment and gaming halls, and event halls.

Then comes full retail fit-out, ventilation, fire-fighting and alarm systems for enclosed space, MEP distribution, lifts and escalators, and a parking-management system. At surface level, landscaping, sports pitches and light restaurant structures sit on the basement roof slab, demanding close structural coordination between imposed loads and planting.
