The hotel includes a multipurpose hall seating 200, a four-star summer restaurant with a terrace commanding a distinctive view and seating 200, a summer pool with its supporting facilities, a gym, gardens and green areas, and a car park with its complementary uses. The works follow the demolition and removal of the existing old building.
