The Ministry of Tourism and the General Directorate of Ports are offering an opportunity to develop a tourist resort in the central sector of Banias, Tartus Governorate, on a 75,370 m² site. The scheme comprises tourist chalets with 200 beds, a 100-bed hotel, a seafood restaurant with terraces seating 250, and a multipurpose hall seating 280 with its supporting services, alongside swimming pools, sports courts, children's play areas, water attractions, service kiosks and an administration building. It is offered on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) model for 25 years.
